In this work he draws on evidence-based findings that are benchmarked against industry standards and backed by scholarly theory and research to arrive at reliable conclusions and actionable recommendations.
As an academic, Alexander combines in-the-trenches-experience with strong capabilities to deliver empirically grounded approaches that are supported by state-of-the-art research.
