In many ways, communication measurement and evaluation, documenting effect in terms of target audience outcomes and business impact, is still widely considered “the elephant in the room” in our industry. It is a line of thought that requires commitment and in some parts of the communication industry it is actually controversial.
Some regard measurement and evaluation as arduous, expensive, and at times even impossible. That is why genuine measurement and evaluation activities are sometimes replaced with pseudo-measurement like Advertising Value Equivalency (AVE) and counting stacks of press clippings or ‘likes’ on Facebook.

That is why the mission statement of Quantum PR Measurement is:
